Add-ons Description

Add-on to process payment for player's review within India and using Indian Coaches Services. Terms and Conditions Applies.

Disclaimer:

1) The service amount will be refunded in case no suitable coach is found within 15 working days.

2) Ther video assessment will be limited to 50MB and the quality of video will need to be suitable enough for the coaches to assess the result.

3) The payment has to be processed upfront and else the video will not be assessed and cause in delay to processing the request. MySportClubz is not responsible for any delays due to non-payment of the service request.

4) The upload of the video will be going through regerous check and once acceptable, will be ready to be processed and informed to the uploader within 48hrs of the upload.

5) The club administrator (if opted to manage their data themselves) will be responsible to allocate coaches once the video is visible in the system after the review. Any delay in club adminsitrator (if opted to manage their data themselves) is not responsiblity of MySportClubz.com

6) We aim to sign agreement with the coaches to provide their assessment service within 15 days of the video upload. MySportClubz will keep working hard with the coaches to reduce the turn around time however, it will be reviewed and informed as information is updated.
